Oct 28, 2017: As you know, catastrophic flooding is happening now in Houston, and the forecast for heavy rainfall will continue through the week.
While our warehouse in southwest Houston has been spared from damage and high waters, we have temporarily suspended operations as a result of nearby flooding.

Sept 1, 2017 Update: We'd like to update you on the status of our Houston, Texas operations. As we told you earlier in the week, our warehouse was spared from storm damage and high waters. Our entire Houston team is safe and back to work. Most orders are fulfilled and waiting for carrier pick up. We expect that UPS and other carriers will be back on schedule after the Labor Day weekend.
